We identify root causes and patterns in healthcare systems.

What is going on with the examining boards in Arizona? Who is in charge and why isn’t anyone talking about it in public until now?

Reason: Healthcare licensed professionals have been talking about it for years, but most healthcare workers and patients that file complaints find that an estimated 70% of complaints are allegedly never addressed. In addition we found that licensed healthcare workers and patients are too afraid of ramifications in how it will affect their jobs or patient care for full exposure.

We work to solve these issues with keeping healthcare workers, patients and family members safe with their information. Our goal is to talk about the elephant in the room to protect patient care standards of safety before the system breaks to the point of no return where patients ultimately pay the price in obtaining injuries and or death due to potential unattended details and findings. We are constantly researching issues and concerns you send to us.

So this is where we get involved for change that matters…

THE ARIZONA HEALTHCARE STANDARDS BOARD IS AN INDEPENDENT LEADING AUTHORITY AND NOT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY. WE INTENTIONALLY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY LOBBY GROUP. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE ARIZONA RESPIRATORY EXAMINING BOARD, NOR THE ARIZONA EXAMINING NURSING BOARD. THAT’S WHY PATIENTS, HEALTHCARE WORKERS, EXECUTIVES, WHISTLEBLOWERS, REPORT TO US.

WE ARE AN ADVOCACY GROUP THAT PROTECTS PATIENTS, HEALTHCARE WORKERS, LAWS AND REPORTS TO THE FEDERAL AND STATE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.

WE REPORT PEOPLE AND GOVERNING INFLUENCERS WHO ARE RUNNING THESE ORGANIZATIONS, WHO ARE DOING OR NOT DOING THEIR JOB ACCORDING TO OUR REPORTS.

This organization was started after seeing serious concerning trends in Arizona healthcare. We feel greatly concerned for patients safety and healthcare workers.

For instance, in examining reports, including online research we found patterns in examining boards and how they conducted their organizations. We researched, reviewed and verified with the public and the licensed community growing concerns.

It is estimated that 70% of patient complaints and licensure complaints get pushed aside leaving our entire healthcare system without examination of root causes for deaths, injury to patients, healthcare workers and healthcare facilities.

We found that a massive amount of professionally licensed individuals were frustrated with these state licensing examining organizations for being one, some, or all of the following: unorganized, understaffed, unable to answer serious relevant licensing questions, untimely responses that could cause patients, families, or licensed individuals to be left without solutions, and in some instances complaints with consistent turn over, vacancies and also complaints of some serving on the board or allegedly witnessing individuals serving on the board, not as a means of supporting the licensure or safety of patients, but rather potentially serving on the board for their own agenda financially or career advancement that could hurt patients and healthcare licenses.

Whistleblowers for instance indicating some may be paid under the table to hide information or push agendas, attaining benefits outside the ethical means of examining practice and these decisions could be grounds for ethical and license violations and/or bending the rule of law, that would and/or could cause serious patient care safety issues.

Whistleblowers, healthcare workers, patients, executives are coming forward in confidence to share their stories and their experiences both within these examiners organizations and within the healthcare and facility healthcare sectors.

As an advocacy, we work to oversee that these healthcare licensure govern agencies and healthcare facilities do not bend the law nor create ethical violations that could hurt patients and healthcare workers working under the rule of law.

Because we are a investigative advocacy group with research for legal, with no concerns for loss of healthcare license for filing complaints against unethical board members, we become the voice for the concerned licensed community and for patients who wish to remain confidential. We address the serious issues on the table of government, for quality healthcare tracking and patient safety awareness.

Our intent is to bring outstanding positive outcomes, have safe healthcare, raise standards, preserve high licensing standards, enforce quality and safety care, enforce and protect patient education, and ensure that the rule of law for licensure is something we take serious and have everyone be accountable for whatever role they choose within the healthcare community. Together, we believe we can make a difference so everyone in Arizona can fully trust and believe in our healthcare system.
